Workshop: Finding and Cultivating Your Firm Ambassador Skills

Picture everyone in your firm talking up the latest project success, sharing a funny story about a ground-breaking celebration, relaying what it feels like to be a member of an organization where people really care about their clients and each other. Sound a bit far-fetched? Join us as we discuss how to create a firm ambassador culture.

Here’s What You’ll Take Away from the Workshop

What it means to be an ambassador • How to redefine our relationships with our colleagues at work • How best to prepare for outreach and connecting opportunities • Tools for “making it about them” and how it creates a ripple effect.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is designed for anyone interested in enhancing their connecting and outreach skills within the built environment.
